With Alik's family, Max and Leon at S.F.'s famous Fog City Diner.
This Manila clam chowder was two-star good. The broth was milky and thin (how I like it) and it was freshly made. It somewhat lacked flavor, because, I think, it was served too fast, not given the otherwise excellent ingredients enough time to steep.
