Good, but a bit too liquidy. Next time, add a pinch of rice flour and a bit of celery or leeks. The seasoning (Pickling Spice by The Nutmeg Spice Company, picked up at random at Stew Leonard's) was great though.
Two stars: one for freshness and another for the effort.
